Paul is the CEO and principal shareholder of The ONE Group. Much of Paul’s time is spent looking for new business opportunities and working with his Management Team developing and expanding our services to the travel insurance industry.

Previous to The ONE Group Paul owned and ran a Personal & Accident Underwriting Agency called BSU. In 2007, BSU was purchased by Sagicor (Europe) Ltd and has now been re-branded as Sagicor Underwriting Ltd.

Ian is the COO and a major shareholder in The ONE Group. Ian is responsible for the operations of the entire group and ensuring that our products and services comply with current FSA regulation.

Previous to The ONE Group Ian was Managing Director of Van Ameyde Ltd, a UK company specializing in travel claims management and 24 hour emergency assistance.

Jon joined up with Paul in 2003 to form BSU Claims Ltd which later became ONE Claims Ltd as part of the ONE Group.

Jon has overall responsibility for the day to day running of the claims company and is our technical specialist for both our Claims and Assistance Companies.

Previous to The ONE Group Jon worked for Anthony Kidd Agencies and then the Kiln Syndicate at Lloyd’s

Chris has been with the one team for over 3 years and heads up ONE Underwriting Ltd. Chris has extensive experience of the travel insurance industry and looks after the day to day running of our direct travel websites.

Previous to The ONE Group Chris worked for BSU and before that various travel insurance Brokers.
