Ian has over 20 years industry experience 18 of those within the PA and Travel sector. He has spent time working for various Loss Adjusters and a Lloyd's Syndicate before becoming Managing Director of a leading claims management company and then moving to the ONE group of companies.

Much of Ian's time is spent looking for new opportunities and working with his Management Team developing and expanding our services to the insurance industry.

Jon is a Group Director with specific responsibility for the Group's claims handling activities in his role as Managing Director of ONE Claims.

He has over 15 years of experience in dealing with claims for a wide range of business including Accident and Health claims. Jon's previous experience includes 4 years as a Claims Underwriter for a leading Lloyds Syndicate.
